Insurance
We are currently accepting Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of North Carolina and Optum/UnitedHealth. Please call for availability and what fee schedules look like. Most insurance organizations do NOT cover marriage therapy, please call to check.
Private Pay
Sessions range in duration from 50 minutes to 80 minutes depending upon the presentation and type of service (this will be discussed in your first meeting). Fees are due at each session. You may pay by cash, check or credit card.
Clergy
We know that pastors and pastors’ wives do not necessarily have an outlet to express themselves and work on their marital issues. Because of this, there is no charge for pastors and pastors’ wives, and EVERYTHING is held in the strictest of confidence.
North Carolina Medicaid
We are NO LONGER accepting those who are on North Carolina Medicaid. We regret this decision but have had too many issues working with them.
What about special needs?
We realize that sometimes special circumstances keep an individual from affording counseling. In such circumstances, this can be discussed at the initial consultation and arrangements may be made for an affordable fee during this time. Alternatively, a referral will be made with no cost to you. Pro-bono services are available on a limited basis.
